The rapidly changing world and the advent of technology in the 90’s fetched an era of scientific awareness and students were eager to get a degree in Science. Keeping this in view, the Science stream was initiated in the college in 1992.

Presently the college offers eight subjects in the Science stream viz. Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Botany, Geography, Zoology, Statistics and Mathematics.

Out of these eight, a student can have major in any one of the following subjects:

1. Physics
2. Mathematics
3. Botany
4. Zoology
5. Statistics
6. Geography

The following subjects are offered as elective subjects in the science stream:

1. Physics
2. Chemistry
3. Economics
4. Mathematics
5. Botany
6. Zoology
7. Statistics and
8. Geography
