The college is managed by the Governing Body and is entrusted with the duties of running the college smoothly and flawlessly. The Governing Body or G.B in short is formed with people representing the affiliating university, teachers, Non teaching staff and guardians etc.

The tenure of a G.B is generally one year but it might be extended as per requirement and situation. The G.B holds meets every week and as often as it might require. The G.B might interact with the Office Staff, The Heads of the Different Departments of the College, the teachers and the in-charges of the Cells and committees of the college.
